Katherine Roche

Katie has a deep love for Charlotte and feels so lucky to call the beautiful Queen City her home. Born and raised in Charlotte, Katie grew up in Myers Park and graduated from Myers Park High School. Then headed off to Oxford, Mississippi to attend the obtaining a degree in the Business School with a focus on Marketing and Corporate Relations. She considered several other cities after college but chose moving back to thriving Charlotte that has so much to offer.

Being a Broker gives Katie so much joy and satisfaction and her goal is to provide every client an exceptional home buying or selling experience from start to closing. She will always listen carefully to your personal motivations when representing you as a buyer and she has excellent experience with staging and knows how to position your home to be 100 percent market ready.

When Katie is not working with her clients, she loves exploring new restaurants, breweries, and all that Charlotte has to offer. She is always listening to music, so she tries to catch local concerts every chance she gets! Being outside keeps her grounded so she enjoys taking walks & running around her neighborhood, Madison Park.
