Katherine has been my Real Estate Advisor for many years. I started working with her to purchase a Florida vacation home in 2009 and learned quickly that she truly handles transactions like her own. She made a gutsy call and suggested we walk away from a property when the negotiations on our desired property came to a standstill. My husband was ready to go up in price and be done with it and in the end she saved us $10,000 on a $250,000 purchase. We then hired her to list our Perrysburg home that was valued around $450,000. It was a unique property that was a tough sell and she worked very hard trying to get it sold for us, including personally cleaning the property for an important second showing when we were out of town and had not left the home ready to show. She helped me purchase an investment property in a good area that she knows really well in Maumee School District that created great income. She went out in a Level 3 when I was under pressure to help me secure a rental property of my own to live in located in Maumee during a transition period. Finally, she exercised great patience in helping me purchase a new residence in Monclova for $370,000. The first home I fell in love with ended up not working out after an inspection and she guided me to a better choice for my personal situation. We bought our 1st home in Maumee through Katherine. She was extremely patient, flexible, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs for our daughter with a disability. She was especially sympathetic as she also has a family member with a disability. She helped us land the perfect house at the right price which worked well for us for 4 years. When we decided we needed more room, we listed our home with her and she worked hard to get us the price we needed to be able to move on as the market had gone down slightly. She found us the perfect replacement house which we got another great deal on but it took awhile to close on because of the loan. She came through for us again and placed us in one of her own properties temporarily during the transition so we didn't have to go into an apartment which would have been a nightmare with our situation. Thanks to Katherine Stark we are living the dream in Fort Myers Fl. Back in 2012 we rented condo from people who she had worked with. While we enjoyed our winter vacation, she showed us around and was very knowledgeable about the area.
