Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Kathryn earned her BA in French and Government and International Studies from the University of South Carolina. After graduation, she moved to Paris, France, where she worked briefly as an au pair and then taught English to business professionals in banking, military and entertainment industries for several years. From France, Kathryn moved to Boston, Massachusetts, and began a career in marketing for high-tech companies which included extensive global travel. She then earned an MBA from Northeastern University and returned to her Southern roots when her job with IBM relocated her to Charlotte, North Carolina. The Queen City became her new home. Kathryn parlayed her business skills to begin a career in real estate in 2004.
Kathryn has extensive knowledge in real estate, having purchased and sold land and homes, overseen multiple home renovations, and built a custom home from start to finish. She uses this in-depth knowledge to help guide and advise her clients to make informed real estate investment decisions and connect with service professionals before and after the closing.
Kathryn enjoys getting to know each of her clients, listening to their goals, and helping them find the right home to buy or the right strategy to sell, from first-time buyers to seasoned owners relocating across town or the globe, downsizing, or looking for vacation investments.

Kathryn is married with twin girls and three stepsons. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, cooking with her family and traveling.
