Kathi Ramant

Kathi comes to NLG Realty with 25 years of retail management, holding many corporate positions in merchandising as well as corporate training and human resources. She has worked with many high-profile companies like Gloria Vanderbilt and worked in sales for high-value items including cars and diamonds.

Kathi and her husband summered in Hague for several years before deciding to purchase a lot and build a log cabin in 2005. After moving to Hague, Kathi joined the Hague Historical Society where she has been the archivist and Vice President for 10 years. She was also the Vice President of Hague Seniors for 4 years and has worked with the Hague Visitors Center greeting guests to the lake for 11 years. In 2009 and 2010, Kathi worked in the North Country for the US Census as a Group Leader and then Field Operations Supervisor. Her territory was focused on the Canadian border south to Clifton Park and through this job she developed an extensive knowledge of the area.

Having always had an interest in real estate, Kathi pursued her interest and casually helped friends find homes in Hague for several years before officially becoming a licensed salesperson in 2019. She is excited to work with the community and help people find their dream lots to build on.
