Kathleen has called Littleton home since 1976, back when the stretch between County Line Road and Castle Rock was nothing but open pastures, antelope, and farmland. A proud graduate of Columbine High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a minor in Psychology from Colorado State University.
Before starting her family, Kathleen built a successful career in technology, serving as Technical Publication Manager at Autodesk and later as Global Product Manager for Handmark, a pioneer in mobile software (back in the Palm and Pocket PC days). She represented household-name products such as Rand McNally Road Atlas, Scrabble, Monopoly, and Tetris.
As her two daughters grew up attending Red Rocks Elementary, Kathleen poured her time and talent into the school community. She supported students through the intervention team in reading and writing, and later became the school’s communications and enrollment registrar.
A natural connector, Kathleen is passionate about building community. She serves as newsletter chairperson, and as editor and writer for Stroll Red Rocks magazine. With her background in writing, marketing, and communications, Kathleen is the creative heart of The Red Rocks Team, ensuring every home is showcased at its very best.
When she’s not working, Kathleen can be found tending her garden, hiking the private Willow Springs open space with her two dogs, paddleboarding in Grand Lake, and just taking in the great outdoors. A true Colorado girl, she also loves happy hour at Red Rocks Country Club and catching concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
