Kathleen is exactly what you want in a real estate agent. If you text her, you are not sitting around waiting for a reply, she responds immediately. You have a question for her, she’s ready with an answer. She’s on your side the whole way, and goes out of her way for you. I don’t think there’s anyway somebody could do more for a client than Kathleen. If I could give more than 5 stars , I would! Hands down the best agent out there!

Kathleen was an amazing realtor to both sell and buy a home. We probably weren't the easiest clients but she listened to us, took the time to explain everything, and made sure we were happy with the process. She did everything she could to facilitate selling our home and was on top of things. She went above and beyond including taking my dog for a walk during a showing when no one else could. And when we decided to buy a home...well, we had her all over the upstate. She found places based upon our criteria and helped eliminate some that may have had hidden issues. Amazing, will highly recommend to anyone.
