About Kathleen

I began my real estate career by attending the Arizona Real Estate Academy in 2006. I have remained with the same Broker since obtaining my license in January 2007 and am proud to be part of the PRO-Formance Realty Concept family. I have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors in conventional, short sale, and bank-owned transactions. My primary expertise is residential homes in the Westside of Maricopa County, with a strong influence in the communities of Surprise and Sun City West, where I have personally owned homes.

I maintain a database of friends and clients to whom I send electronic newsletters on a monthly basis. Since I now concentrate my efforts on Sun City West, this newsletter includes a recap of the monthly real estate activity in this community. I also utilize the internet and vendor partners when selling homes.

I closed my web site down in early 2018 when I decided to limit my business to representing a select clientele built on friends and referrals. I believe it is critical for all parties to express their needs and expectations prior to deciding to work together as a team. My goal is to work with people that want to make educated decisions and allow me to share my expertise and guidance while recognizing that the client is the decision maker. When it isn’t the right fit, I am happy to refer the client to one of the many other knowledgeable Realtors that better meet their needs.

Prior to my venture into real estate, I began a California banking career in 1965 starting as a bookkeeper until becoming a Senior Vice President and Manager of the Financial Institutions Division in 1991. I joined a national bank consulting firm in February 1994 and created Lewek & Associates writing bank policies and procedures and performing audits in October 1994. I received banking industry recognition as the Chair of the Correspondent Bank Committee of the California Bankers Association (1991 - 1993), a faculty member at Pacific Coast Banking School (5/92 - 4/96), a Board member of the Financial Institutions Network (1998 – 2001), and through articles published in the American Banker and trade association newsletters.

The benefits of using me as your Realtor include my knowledge of the community and industry can help my clients get top dollar for the timeframe they select, my access to other Realtors both locally and nationally through the MLS and other networks I am affiliated with due to being a Realtor and specific educational designations, my social network advertising reaches a multitude of people via the MLS and other effective options that I identify on an on-going basis. I use more compelling photos to show the quirky, special, and value-added features that make your home stand out from others to attract potential buyer’s attention. When you share with me what makes your home so fabulous, I use the information in creating additional reasons potential buyers should see your home.
