Kathleen McCann

Kathleen has been active in the real estate business since 1998. After a 12-year career on Wall Street as a bond trader and Vice President of a large money center bank, she relocated with my family to Richmond. Soon thereafter she began purchasing and renovating homes in the West End of Richmond, and eventually became a full-time real estate professional. Kathleen has continually participated in multi-million dollars in real estate transactions as both a listing and selling agent and has worked extensively thru-out the Richmond area and its surrounding counties. Her renovation experience provides a solid background in assessing relative value in similar homes, and her Wall Street experience has given her a real facility with mortgage financing. In addition, Kathie spent 2005-2006 as a mortgage consultant with a SunTrust Joint Venture. Relocating to Richmond in 1992, she became acutely aware of the many issues facing a newcomer. Schools, neighborhoods, types of construction, social clubs, children's athletics and proximity to essential services are just a few of the areas where she can lend professional and personal assistance.
