Kathleen Moosher

Kathleen Moosher has been a Manhattan real estate professional since 1984. She joined Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales in 2010 where she has earned accolades as Broker of the Month and ranked #5 in the West Side Office in 2017.

Kathleen's business is primarily referral based. She is sought out by both buyers and sellers on equal basis giving her a unique prospective on the state of what is moving the market at any given time. She has advised developers in their planning, acquisition and the marketing of new construction and conversion development projects. Kathleen has earned significant respect from her colleagues, as she is frequently approached for her expertise in pricing, negotiating, apartment preparation and thoughts on the market.

Kathleen is well versed in all types of property sales including significant cooperatives, ultra-luxury condominiums, lofts and single-family townhouses. She has transacted business in several prestigious buildings including those on Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, Sutton Place, Central Park West, West End Avenue, Riverside Drive and Prospect Park West in Brooklyn.

Kathleen began her real estate career at M. J. Raynes, Inc., a major multi-service real estate firm that converted several rental buildings in the Bing & Bing and McArthur portfolio to cooperatives and condominiums. She joined Halstead Property LLC in 1996 and quickly rose to an award-winning top producer before moving to Brown Harris Stevens in 2010.

Kathleen has lived on the Upper West Side with her husband and children since 1987.
