Kathleen is a true Charlotte native- She met her husband in kindergarten and years later they raised their children here in Charlotte. Kathleen has a BA in Political Science and a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) from North Carolina State University. Licensed in 2001, Kathleen has over 18 years of Real Estate sales & marketing experience, providing her with a solid reputation of a being a true & trusted real estate professional. Licensed in both NC and SC, Kathleen serves as a Director on the Board of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, as well as a past member of the Professional Standards Committee for the North Carolina Association of Realtors, as well as Canopy (formerly Charlotte Regional Realtors Association). To add to her expertise Kathleen is a Certified Paralegal, Certified Negations Specialist, as well as a Certified Residential Specialist- a certification held by only 4% of agents Nationwide. Kathleen is consistently named in the top 5% of agents in Charlotte and in the top 10% of Keller Williams Internationally.
