I recently sold my Townhouse, Kathy Casey was referred to me by a friend, I appreciate that she came right in ready to get the job done. She first asked what my expectations were and what I'd like to get out of the sale of my home. After our brief discussion and tour of the house, she laid out for me what things were going to look like and what she could do to get the most out of the sale.
