Just before this crazy mortgage rate increase, we were able to close a purchase of a beautiful home in the Upper West with the help of Kathy Chung. The market was very active at that time because everyone wanted to leverage the great mortgage rates. All the charming homes were sold instantly and there was just a small window for the visits. Kathy deeply understood what we liked and disliked and constantly looked for new listings and we were able to have a visit to a stunning home which was listed just 2-day after the listing to the system. We were absolutely thrilled to see the actual unit with her and everything was just perfect. Without her professionalism, I don’t think we could even have a chance to look at the home with such a great fit. The closing and all other logistics also went very smoothly and Kathy seems to be very familiar with all the real estate processes. I also would like to sincerely thank Kathy for her friendliness.
