Kathy Edmondson

Kathy Edmondson came from an entrepreneur background and opened a salon and spa at the age of 21. It was here that she learned the art of customer service and even taught classes on the subject! After 40 successful years in the beauty business, and owning and managing a property management company, she sold them both and began her career in Real Estate in the fall of 2012.

Her specialties include her SRES designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She lovingly and patiently assists Seniors who are downsizing to their next stage in life and she has a team of experts to help with estate sales, decluttering, cleaning, and moving them to their new home.

Investors will also be pleased at Kathy’s expertise with investment purchases and sales as she owns her own investment properties and owned a management company for 25 years. Kathy knows what investors are looking for!

Kathy finds joy in working equally with both buyers and sellers of all ages helping them accomplish their goals!

Kathy is a Meridian, Idaho native and has watched this valley change from a farming community to one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. Her passion is to involve herself in the growth, making sure the activity is for the betterment of the valley as new residents come in to enjoy our Idaho lifestyle.
