She calls ahead to talk about steps and safety protocols, document comprehensiveness, Care and guidance are second to none. Kathy was early to each appointment. She took time to appropriately communicate all features noted on the listing or missed. She communicated the intent of each document, double checked all for completeness, provided more supporting guidance than we've ever received, and made the process fast, efficient, effective and Fun. Yes - Fun! The other thing that stands out is she follows every process and legal requirement to a "T"! That also gave the confidence in her employ.
