Moving to North Carolina in 2004, Kathy’s primary role & tenure with the RE/MAX Franchise has been broad and far-reaching with the focus always on professional client services. Providing marketing, administrative and brokerage services in both residential and commercial sales, she also understands that solid communication is the key to building and retaining trust with her customers and clients.

Earning a bachelor’s degree in 1982, Kathy’s early career as an educator has carried over into the real estate industry providing her clients and customers with detailed facts & information they need to help them make educated real estate investment decisions.
Whether for primary home or investment/income property, Kathy’s additional background in marketing ensures that all of her customers understand the current local market environment and how their house is positioned along with steps we take to maximize our clients listing’s exposure. With the ever-evolving competitive real estate climate, Kathy’s role with the Premier Investment Team as the primary residential listing agent, systems administrator and transaction coordinator provide well rounded, professional services in all aspects of the Real Estate transaction.
