We decided somewhat last minute that we needed to use a realtor to sell our house. A friend of ours recommended Kathy from Nix Tann, so we gave her a call. Kathy immediately came to our old house and spoke with us about our needs. After listing with her she was in contact with us constantly ensuring that that we knew about any showings that were going to happen in the coming days. My work schedule requires some work arounds that she was all too happy to work with us on and get the house sold. All the way to closing she was easy to contact and easy to talk to about our problems with the process. After all was said and done, we had a contract to sell about a week and a half after listing with Kathy, and it sold for almost exactly what we asked for it. Kathy made the whole process easy and was extremely helpful throughout the process. My wife and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
