Kathy Mackay

Kathy has been a real estate agent for 20 years and was with RE/MAX until January 2011. She ran her own team under RE/MAX with 2 agents, a mortgage broker and an office manager working under her. Her team closed 60-100 transactions a year. In 2011, Kathy decided to pursue her passion for helping others start their real estate career. She worked in management at Keller Williams as a Productivity Coach for five years, training, and coaching, 70+ agents at a time, leading them to successful careers driven by their production. Kathy is driven by the desire to help others succeed and reach their goals. Her commitment to her clients and students, along with innovative marketing systems, openness to new technologies and techniques ensures that every transaction culminates in a successful closing for all parties.

In 2012, Kathy and her husband purchased a franchise of American Dream Real Estate School. American Dream Real Estate School is a Colorado company dedicated to educating realtors. Between owning the school and coaching new agents to launch their careers through American Dream Coaching, she is able to do what she is passionate about every day. Relationships drive her motivation, while dedication to excellence and the process it takes to create a successful career in real estate, is Kathy’s true calling. A career worth having, a business worth owning, thus a life worth living is her goal for all of her agents!
