Kathy has lived in the Houston area for 20 years, League City specifically for 16, so her personal knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market is second-to-none. Kathy’s husband of 20 years is an
Air Force vet. She is grateful for the sacrifice of all those who have
served and the hardships their families have also endured. She enjoys swimming, boating, biking, and laughing with her husband.
Prior to launching her real estate career, Kathy was a top producer
in software sales and negotitating contracts with such as JC Penney,
Michael’s, Neiman Marcus, Stage Stores and more. During her time
in software sales, she achieved the Platinum Circle of Excellence
every year. Her experience managing the contract negotiation process with major retailers helped Kathy develop a detail-oriented eye
well-trained to guide her clients through the real estate transaction
process.
