A little something about Sisters by IDM:
A fun fact is we are sisters. We grew up in New York and moved to Florida over 20yrs ago. There are a total of three sisters, but only two are in the real estate business. Kathy Rodriguez is the youngest and Julia Montalvo is the oldest of the three. We came up with the name Sisters by IDM because we are sisters, and the IDM is for Israel Diana Maldonado in honor of our parents who always pushed us to follow our dreams.

We have 20yrs of experience providing exceptional customer services, 18yrs of sales and business experience in the community. After purchasing our own homes and helping our partners sell and buy, we wanted to elevate that experience for others. We wanted to help minimize the stress that comes with the home buying and selling process for others. Our mission is customer driven and dedicated to achieving results with exceptional experience.
We are a tight knit family that talks daily. We spend most of our free time at family gatherings playing board games, enjoying the outdoors, and having fun!

We live in the Central Florida area that we support, and we are involved in community events.
