I moved from Chapel Hill NC after 50 years of Nursing, to be near and help with my new granddaughter! I found Kathy and Terry in a Realtor magazine ! After living in Chapel Hill for 30 years, leaving friends and a home I loved was difficult! Kathy was awesome ! We talked about importance of family, issues of downsizing and meeting my own needs while still being there for my daughter, who works full time and her husband! We looked first just at neighborhoods, proximity to family, resources and value! When I say Kathy found the perfect house for me, it is absolutely true! She is so organized, competent, friendly and fun to be with. Kathy knows the entire area because she is from here, which was such a benefit! Terry attended the inspection. Because of his long history of being a contractor himself, he was able to assess and explain all aspects of the report! Kathy and Terry are truly a team extraordinaire!
