Kathy is superb. I consider her more of a friend than an agent and will sincerely miss her positive attitude and sense of joy. For two years we vacillated on whether we would sell the house, rent it or keep it. Kathy was there for us the entire journey and never showed frustration, though she easily could have. Kathy has my highest endorsement. Thank you again Kathy! We will miss you!

Kathy Winter is the BEST REALTOR and MY ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION for anyone who needs to buy or sell a house for so many reasons. She has handled multiple real estate transactions for my husband and me and has ALWAYS been a master negotiator and advisor on both the "sell" and the "buy" sides of transactions, getting us better deals than we thought possible and in record time. She knows the market, understands people, understands marketing and she and her team handle everything without a hitch. She's a joy to work with and understands the stressors of buying and selling property, so has the patience of a saint - helping to keep everyone calm throughout the process and helping to get to a "win/win" for all parties. I can't say enough - you'll never regret working with Kathy and if you have the privilege of having her as your realtor my only advice is to listen to what she says and TRUST her - she knows what she's doing! :-)
