Katia is the best realtor that I have ever done business with! She was very helpful and extremely patient with me specially since I lived in California and was buying a second home in Florida. The process was not the easiest since I could only come to Florida 3 times in about a year period but it was because of her that I finally found the right home, in the right location, and at the right price. Infact, I was so impressed that about a year after I bought my home in Florida, I sold the house in California and moved full time to Florida. I'm sure that she could do the same for any one else. We met Katia (by phone) through our friends who have purchased their new home with her assistance. I felt very comfortable and confident with her guidance. She gave me all of the information I needed to be able to search the internet to find the house that would meet our needs. When we found the house she walked us through all the paperwork and answered all of our questions and concerns. Katia is an excellent representative of all that is good about Real Estate Agents. When I was finally able to meet her in person it was like we had known each other for ages. I would most definitely recommend Katia to our friends for all of their rel estate needs.
