Katie Copeland

Katie Copeland grew up in San Diego and later in Seattle. After ten years in Seattle, Katie decided to relocate to the sunny Tri-Cities for college. She received her B.A. in education, with honors from Washington State University/Tri-Cities in 2005. Katie has been a realtor since 2013. She has successfully negotiated and closed many sales from modest fixers and estates to high-end homes. Beginning her career with Windermere, Katie made the transition to Keller Williams in 2018.

Katie works closely with the managing broker on committees, education, and assistance for new agents. Most recently Katie has added the Seniors Real Estate Specialist certification to her accomplishments. Katie is an active organizer and participant in both small and large-scale community service and charity efforts here in the Tri-Cities. She has been a member of the Pasco Chamber of Commerce since 2015 and served as a board member for four years. She is an avid attendee and sports fan with a special interest in music, NASCAR, and football.
