Hello my name is Katie Landon, I am a licensed Realtor in Maryland and Delaware I have been selling on the Delmarva Peninsula since September 2002. Over the years I have worked in New Construction (on site sales) as well as resales, seasonal, summer and year round rentals including some commercial rentals. I take pride in helping my clients get the locate the best property for them at the best price. Since moving to the area in 2001 I have learned so much about our ever changing area and the market conditions, if there is a question I don't know I will find the answer quickly. After relocating here with my family in late 2001 it was my mission to learn the area so I can pass this knowledge on to prospective buyers. While representing sellers the key is to know the area and what the current properties are selling for as well as what people are looking for always knowing your market is the key to a successful transaction.
