Katie was awesome from beginging to end. She connected us with a knowledgeable and very informative lender. She spent hours listening to our concerns and explaining the pros and cons between house verses condo. She went out of her way to make sure we saw a variety of options in our price range and handled all our stress and questions with grace, kindness, and very helpful information. If it weren't for Katie I'm fairly certain my family and I would still be house hunting. Katie is awesome! She helped us buy a house from the other side of the country in only a couple months, and she is so nice to work with. She is quick to respond, got us in for showings quickly, and showed us everything we wanted to see remotely. She found ways to get around all the technical issues involved with video calls in areas with spotty service to help us get a real feel for the houses she was showing us. We could feel that she really cared about our family and helping us find a home we would love, as well as helping us get to know our new area, the things to do, places to eat, and left us a cute housewarming basket with things about living in our new region to help us settle in. She really knows what she's doing and gave us great evaluations of the houses, what was in good condition or needed attention, and what kind of neighborhood the houses were in. She went above and beyond to make sure we would find what we needed in this crazy market without being raked over the coals, even on a tight time restraint. I can't recommend her enough, she is the best!

My husband found Katie through Zillow while we were on the hunt for our first home. After our first meeting I knew she was going to be the agent for us. We ended up buying a new construction that was still in the process of being built. Katie helped us navigate all of the delays and any issues that came up. She was always available when we needed her and it was clear that she wanted to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our new home. We worked with her for a little over 5 months and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Katie Scibetta was the real estate agent that took care of my home sale. When I first contacted her, I was honest that I was not sure if wanted to sell. When we first met she explained the whole process in detail, analysis of the market, certain things that I could do to make the house better for showing, etc. She took details of the house and did a comparative analysis. Within a few days I received the value of the house. Again, I was not even sure if wanted to sell. She performed all the activities with no pressure at all and just said she was there if decide to.
Well obviously I decided to and she was a absolutely amazing in every aspect. Katie was very professional and made sure all the multiple actions need were done on time. She also understands that It can be emotional for some sellers and takes into consideration.
Katie prepared the house for an Open House showing on a Sat and called me with offers the immediate Monday after. We signed an offer for full asking price on Tuesday. I was amazed with her performance. After the offer, she set up all the necessary activities that need to occur before closing. She took care of all of them on time while keeping me calm. Katie answered all my questions, which were to many, in detail. Katie explained every cost involved and there were no surprises along the way.
I could get into detail how great she is in so many ways, but not enough room on review page.
In short, I was extremely please with her performance ever step of the way and would strongly recommend her to anyone. If I need help buying or selling in the future, I undoubtedly will be asking her to represent me again. I honestly feel I got the best of the best!!!!!!
Remax is a great company as whole. All others employees in other areas were all great as well!!
