Katie is a professional in every sense of the word. We have worked with her in purchasing and selling two (2) homes. She stages a home for pictures better than anyone and any other pictures I have seen. Her marketing sense has insured we sold our homes for the highest return. Through every step she not only guided us with sage advise, but helped us understand the various steps involved in selling a home.

Regarding the purchasing phase she helped us understand the buying process, and referring us to lenders appropriate for our needs. She understands all of the various mortgage options available.

Lastly, she is friendly, and wonderful to work with.
