Katie’s favorite part of Real Estate is the people she gets to meet and serve. She is completely focused on establishing a solid bond with every one of her clients. As a representative of both buyers and sellers, she knows how to navigate both types of transactions to ensure that clients fully understand the process and feel comfortable in each step. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she was an elementary school teacher. Her days consisted of nurturing and guiding young minds to the finish line. She nurtures her clients in each phase of this process, guides them through any obstacle that may arise, and helps them get to that finish line.
