Katja Kroon

Katja was born in the Netherlands. At the age of 16, she moved to Curaçao with her parents and grew up to study Business Administration. After a few years, she decided to return to the Netherlands and continue her studies, focusing on Tourism Management. Once graduated, she was offered a job on a luxury cruise liner in the Caribbean where she worked as an international host and social hostess, combining both her language skills (fluent in Dutch, German, and English) and hospitality knowledge.

After 9 years at sea, she decided to say goodbye to the ocean and settle down in Orlando FL, where she started working under a broker. Her initial position as Sales & Client Coordinator entailed her being in contact with potential clients and supporting the company with its marketing program and administrative needs while perfecting her skills as a real estate agent. After completing her studies to become a real estate broker, she is now working for her own brokerage, Orlandia Realty, Inc, dealing directly with both international and domestic clientele. Her areas of expertise include facilitating both the purchase and selling of primary residences and short-term rental homes.
