Katlyn Beach

Katlyn was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, and always had a strong tie and family roots in Richmond. From a young age, Katlyn knew she wanted to attend Virginia Commonwealth University to study Fashion Merchandising. After attending VCU, Katlyn lived in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia areas, working in sales and purchasing in the golf industry, working at a Top 5 Destination Golf Course and several major PGA golf tournaments.

Upon moving back to Richmond, Katlyn followed her dream of getting into the real estate industry. Her drive, focus on customer service, and desire to help others made the transition into becoming a licensed realtor a no-brainer. Katlyn comes with 6 years of experience working with a top-producing team and representing local home builders. Katlyn specializes in new construction sales and has been awarded various awards from the Home Building Association of Richmond, including Rookie of the Year in 2019.

With her training and background in new construction sales, she can help assist clients navigate builders, find homesites, and assist in timing up the overall purchase and sale of current homes for her clients. Her strong background in sales, combined with her love and passion for Richmond, helps buyers and sellers across Central VA achieve their real estate goals. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible and treat her clients as if they are family.

In her free time, you will catch her doing DIY home projects! She is a proud French Bulldog mom to Nash, and he loves to make an appearance on her social media platforms as the Project Manager of their home projects. With an eye for design and décor, Katlyn can often help her clients visualize a home renovation or DIY project. Homeownership was a big goal for both her and her husband, and she makes it her biggest priority to give her clients the experience they deserve to have.
