In the Summer of 2021 I had an opportunity to work with Katrina Dew and her team at 3 Step Realty to sell my house that I had lived in for the past 25 and a half years. Since this was the first home I had ever bought, and was now going to sell I really needed someone who could not only educate me on the process, but also keep me informed as each step progressed. Katrina and her team were patient, professional, and very thorough in their interactions with me which helped keep things going smoothly throughout the process. Everytime they said they would do something it was done, and they provided a proactive update so that I never had to ask for updates. All in all they made the process to sell my home seem super easy, and ensured I had all information quickly to make the decisions I needed to get the best outcome. Katrina at 3 Step was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We bought our first home last year in Livermore, CA but had to do a lot of the legwork virtually since we were living in SLC at the time. She always took my calls or got back to me quickly. When we came to visit and look at houses she went above and beyond; we even scheduled a playdate with our little ones at a park after looking at houses all day. Couldn't have picked a better Realtor. And here we are, a year later we are so in love with our house, our neighbors, and our neighborhood. Thanks Katrina!

Throughout the process of selling our home and purchasing a new one Katrina and her team have become part of our family. Buying and selling a home can be a confusing, stressful process but from day one Katrina's professionalism, preparation and positive attitude eradicated any fears we had. When we first met with Katrina she walked us through the process of selling our home and how we can maximize its value. She had a collection of quality contractors who were able to provide us a fair price and skillful craftsmanship. Once it was time to put our house on the market it became apparent that Katrina has a passion for marketing. The video she produced for us was very impressive and brought in a large number of views and several offers within a few days. Katrina shined as an accomplished negotiator with enough experience to foresee any counter offers before they came in. We truly believe that we sold our house for the maximum amount possibly due in large part to the hard work Katrina and her team invested. We took a little time between selling our house and buying a new one. We were completely satisfied with Katrina when we sold our home that it was no question to bring her onboard to help us buy a new one. Like most buyers our “needs & wants” list was ever-changing but Katrina did a great job of narrowing down homes to show us. Again, she was prepared and professional and brought insight to each home that we toured. We decided to put an offer on a house that had multiple offers and once again Katrina’s superior negotiation skills we used to our benefit. Not only did she sell our house quickly (over asking), and was able to close faster than any sale we’ve done in the past, she and her crew were always amazingly quick to respond throughout the process despite their busy schedules.
