Katrina Smith, of RE/MAX Roots in Winchester, VA. She represents buyers and sellers of all kinds - owner occupants, investors, foreclosure companies, private banks, etc. She is licensed in Virginia and West Virginia with a focus on Northern Virginia and the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. During the last eleven years, Katrina has had the honor of receiving the 2013 REALTOR® of the Year and 2015 REALTOR® Code of Ethics from the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®.
Katrina Smith also had the pleasure of serving as Chair for 2014 of the Professional Development Committee for the Virginia Association of REALTORS®. Currently, she serves as the 2017 vice-chair of the Virginia REALTORS® Public Policy Committee and the 2017 RPAC Participation Council committee at the National Association of REALTORS®.
