Katriona is an all-star broker. We worked with her recently to sell our co-op apartment in Brooklyn. From the beginning, Katriona advised us on getting the apartment ready for showings. Her tips and staging paid off, as our apartment went for above asking with just two open houses. When the apartment transitioned to closing, Katriona stayed on top of any potential roadblocks that could arise and kept us up to date on the latest developments. She made sure the deal got done and really helped drive things to the finish line.

Katriona is someone you want on your side. She shows up for her clients, in every sense of the word. She came to the closing even where there was no need to do so (and buyer's agent did not). I can't recommend Katriona enough.

More recently, she guided me through the process of renting the brownstone from start to finish.
