My name is Katy Larrabee, and I am a Full-Time Real Estate Agent here in Fabulous Las Vegas! I have earned Top 25 Agents of Coldwell Banker Las Vegas, and have joined the President’s Circle (Top 5% of Individuals Worldwide with a minimum of 35 closed transactions per year) and continue to strive towards excellence every single day. As a mother of 3 I understand the importance of home and family, juggling responsibilities and managing many different things at the same time! I want to make sure all of my clients are happy and satisfied with their real estate experience.

I grew up in the small town of Hannaford, ND and feel blessed to have had experience living in small town America and larger cities like Las Vegas! After attending college with a Political Science major from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, I made the decision to move west to the big cities of Los Angeles and then found my home in beautiful Las Vegas. I paid for my entire 4 years of college by selling books door to door in the summers! I understand sales and the amount of work that goes into it! I have lived in Las Vegas since 2005 and I love it! When I first graduated college, I had dreams of being a lawyer! Next, when I came to Las Vegas, I worked as an executive assistant and legal secretary to 3 high powered attorneys and political lobbyists here in the Las Vegas Valley! I decided law wasn’t right for me but always dreamed of going into real estate, knowing that law was a big part of it along with helping people. After having children, I enjoyed working as a part time substitute teacher and dance instructor for kids in my spare time as well. Now, my Main Focus is to help people have seamless, no stress real estate transactions!

My goal is to guide my clients through the entire buying or selling process with ease. I will be there every step of the way to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction.
