Kay Thomas

ay Thomas and her husband have been proud residents of the Frankfort area for the past 28 years. They have worked and raised their three children in this community, becoming deeply entrenched in both the local neighborhood and their church. Their involvement extends to coaching numerous youth sports teams when their children were younger, and later, Kay made the decision to pursue a career in elementary school teaching.

With a unique blend of passions for real estate and education, Kay has embarked on a journey to assist buyers, sellers, and investors in finding their dream homes. Central Kentucky has witnessed a surge in economic development over the past few years, rendering it an exceptionally appealing place to reside.
