BLUF (bottom line up front): Kayla was and is simply amazing!

I have bought and sold 4 houses but had not been in the market for over ten years. The Tacoma market has become very competitive. I worked very hard to be in a position to buy a new home and I knew that my style of communication might be difficult for a market that can take or leave a potential buyer, with so many lined up.

It was clear that a good relationship with clear communication was Kayla’s first order of business. This was perfect for my communication style, which is very direct.

Kayla was never too busy for me. I never had to wait long for a response to an email or text and phone calls were always an option. Kayla made me feel like I was her only client, although I knew I was not!

We saw over a dozen properties and at no point did Kayla pressure me. In fact, as she got to know me, she brought me ideas on properties even though I was sending her many as it was. She never was overwhelmed.

After seeing so many properties, and feeling a bit like I might need to wait for something that made more sense for me, Kayla encouraged me to see a property I kept changing my mind about. This was after spending the whole day with me looking at properties. That property was the one that was perfect!

I told Kayla to do everything she could to get me that one and she, my credit specialist KD, and loan officer Jen came through. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Kayla is a gem! Kayla got me exactly the property I sought. I will recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy in the area.

Kayla was everything we could have asked for, and more, in a realtor! Not only does she communicate and keep you informed, she stays on top of all aspects of the process in order to keep things moving smoothly and quickly. She was patient with us, as this was our first time purchasing a home and we were clueless. We really appreciated that and it made the experience much less stressful for us. I will recommend her to everyone I meet, that is looking into purchasing a home.

Kayla was very helpful and patient with us being 2500 miles away looking for a house to make home for our family of 5 plus two 4-legged loves. She was very informed about the area and shared her experience with us which helped when making our decision to choose her as our relator. She made numerous home tour videos with us and then took a weekend in person to show us around and tour many homes with us until we found THE ONE! She stuck with us through the tough times , disappointments of this crazy market and in the end, our VICTORY of purchasing our home. I'm thankful she was on our this journey with us! We are first time home buyers and are so glad we worked with Kayla as our realtor! She patiently answered all of our questions and walked us through each step of the process. She helped us dial in our best offer to be competitive in a crazy market. Kayla is also great at communicating. She responded quickly to us and always followed up. She did a lot of extra work communicating with our lender and other selling agents to advocate for us and make sure we had as much information as possible. She cares for her clients and was fun to work with, I highly recommend working with Kayla!

When it comes to buying a house that will eventually become your home, it is not the realty company, but the realtor that makes the difference and creates a memorable buying experience. Buying a house should be an enjoyable experience and not a chore. Kayla Blanch was awesome to work with. She really worked hard to find us a home. She is very dependable, honest, and fun. We looked at a lot of homes and Kayla was there to show us every one (even some crazy funky houses which we obviously were not going to buy). We put in several offers on houses and eventually, with Kayla's help and support, we learned how to play the "realty game" and finally submitted an offer which was accepted (even though it was not the highest offer, but the most attractive, according to the seller). Kayla didn't quit there, she continued to help us with getting the paperwork through the lender and eventually close in a relative short time. If you are looking for a realtor who will work for you, the buyer, then I would strongly recommend Kayla Blanch! She made our house hunting a memorable experience and I think we will miss meeting with her to look at yet another house. Kayla has our 5-STAR Rating!

Kayla was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. She was on top of everything and very quick to respond. She fought for us and was able to close quickly on our home. She even researched and helped us find a good realtor where we were relocating. She was an honest realtor and genuinely wanted us to be happy. I highly recommend working with her!
