Kayla and the Platinum Group Realty helped me find a home. Through the pandemic and shelter-in-place laws, she was able to communicate quickly. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she responded as soon as possible with the answer. Kayla walked us through the home-buying process, with detailed information and was able to follow through. Whenever there was confusion or we needed clarity, she was able to provide. As a first time home buyer, Kayla really helped us through the whole thing on what is to be expected. She never sugar-coated anything and was an honest hard worker.
