Keiko was born and raised in Sacramento. She realized she was a true Sacramentan when she decided to return “home” after working as a court reporter in the Bay Area and Hawaii. Although Oakland, San Francisco and Honolulu were exciting places to live in, she realized what a wonderful place “home” really was. Surrounded by family and friends, Sacramento was the perfect place to settle down, get married and raise a family.Of course, each of you may have different wants and desires in life.
