In 2015, Keisha joined the Lighthouse Real Estate Team. In its first two years, the team marketed and sold 16 rehabbed bungalow homes - 50% before completion and 25% with less than 30 market days. This resulted in over $7 million in sales in the Portage Park and Belmont Cragin neighborhoods. In 2018-19 the team co-listed, marketed, and sold the Jackson Park new construction condo development which consisted of 9 units for a total of just under 3 million. The team's success was based on creative and consistent marketing strategies unique to the team.
