Keith Courtney

Keith graduated from San Diego State University in 1992 with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.

As a principal at ACI, Keith has 20 years’ experience in the real estate business, with special expertise in marketing, negotiating offers and analyzing investment real estate. Keith also manages and has ownership interests in apartment, industrial and office buildings, which allows him to offer this added experience and perspective to his clients.

Keith specializes in the representation of sellers and buyers of investment real estate, with a special emphasis in the sale of apartment communities, condominium conversions, triple net and tenant-in-common properties.

Keith's approach with clients involves a systematic marketing plan that fully exposes a property to all investment property brokers, investors, and 1031 exchange buyers in the marketplace. Through maximum exposure of the property, we ensure that our clients receive the highest possible price for their property. Our commitment is to put the interest of our clients above all else.
