We worked with Keith Elliott to purchase a home during a very challenging time for buyers, in first quarter 2022. Keith was AWESOME! A true professional but extremely personable and easygoing. He communicated with us regularly, provided straightforward advice and was available any day of the week to answer questions and/or set up showings as soon as options came on the market. He did an excellent job dealing with differing opinions from our family of four in this crazy market, coaching us to make our offers competitive and ultimately helping us secure a property the whole family is excited about. Keith showed us alternatives all over San Diego from Vista to La Mesa and everywhere in between. He helped us through the process from beginning to end including working through a curve ball from the seller who requested a 30-day lease back. We were extremely happy with the service that Keith provided and would recommend him without any hesitation, to anyone looking for a home in the greater San Diego area. Thank you Keith!!

My Wife and I had a wonderful home buying experience while working with Keith Elliott. From our first meeting with him until the closing, on our new home, Keith was Outstanding! Communicating with him was easy and enjoyable. He work tirelessly to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered and handled in a very quick and professional manner. Keith helped me transition out of my childhood home that I had lived in for 50 years. It was a very stressful and emotional time for me, since my entire family had passed over the years. His professionalism combined with his caring nature helped me greatly during this time. Not only did the sale of my home go seamlessly, but he found me the perfect place to buy as well!
