Keith Kaplan

As a resident of West Hollywood for 30 years, Chairman of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chair of its Government Affairs Committee, Keith Kaplan has a deep and thorough understanding of the West Hollywood community. He knows what is happening now in our city and what is planned for the future, providing a unique base of knowledge to help clients as they consider buying or selling in this area.

Keith has an undergraduate degree from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Chicago. During his 30 years in West Hollywood, he has owned and operated a marketing and PR agency, specializing in luxury lifestyle products including some of the biggest names in fashion, jewelry, and vacation travel. He has also developed and executed campaigns for some of the area’s top residential and commercial properties. At the same time, he has indulged an ongoing passion for real estate by buying and selling and, of course, touring many of the properties in the area. Keith combines his marketing expertise and dedication and commitment to client service with this passion for real estate to provide smart, strategic thinking and unparalleled client service.

Keith divides his time between Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City where he also has homes. This provides him with an important frame of reference to help clients relocating to Los Angeles from these cities. He understands the neighborhoods and experiences these cities offer and the expectations that clients may have in moving to Los Angeles.
