Having had many real estate transactions over the years, I can say without reservation that Keith McGurk is the single most dedicated, hard-working realtor I have ever had the sincere pleasure of working with. He is non-stop, untiring and always going the extra mile without having to be asked. His knowledge of the area is second-to-none. We spent months looking for a new home or land to build on. We also had a laundry list of "must haves" which would have driven anyone else nuts. Keith hung in there, putting us in touch with a wonderful mortgage organization to get pre-approval, touching base daily, accompanying us to view countless homes, working literally 7 days a week, and always with a smile and positive attitude, even when we were getting discouraged. If you are seriously looking for a home or any other type of real estate transaction, I can most highly and unqualifiedly recommend Keith for both a seamless and painless process.

I have the Utmost respect for Mr. McGurk with REMAX southern shores. Selling our house in the time frame that he did was simply amazing. Our house was for sale previously with another company during the busiest time with no offers. I grew frustrated and decided to take it off the market. A few months past and my wife and I put our house up for sale again, but “for sale by owner” this time. Well, the phone calls poured in. I turned many callers down and most I didn’t answer. One Saturday evening, my phone rings and I answered reluctantly. It was Keith. I don’t remember what was said but, with the tone, professionalism and respect on that phone call I invited him to our house. Keith came to our house early the next week and Politely introduced himself and asked a series of questions about our house and our previous experience with our last realtor. He commended me for efforts of trying to sale our house “for sale by owner” and wished me luck. Later in the week he called to check in and asked what I thought of our conversation regarding our house. I told him I’m not interested in signing a contract and given false hope from another realtor. He told me he would sale our house in 30 days. ........... I told him in so many words he wouldn’t. And again he reassured me he would. So, I wanted to call his bluff. I asked, “what do we do next?” I believe it was the next day he came with a contract and took a quick walk through video to post. Within the next few days he had pictures taken and posted. We were officially back on the market with another realtor. We had one open house the next Saturday and an offer a few short days later. It was a good offer and the ball was rolling to a quick close. However, with deed restrictions that are placed in our neighborhood the buyers backed out. It was tough to hear. Keith assured me not worry and he’d have another open house and get to work. Before our next open house we had a showing and another offer. A better offer. Again Keith came to our house with papers to sign. This was not a quick close, but the buyers loved our house and put Earnest money down. Keith had our house under contract twice in 22 days. Like I said. Simply amazing! He was not bluffing and I was eating crow. Thanks again Keith. You have a reference for life!!!!
