Background in Business & Real Estate Investment
Keith graduated from the University of Colorado with an Environmental Design degree, focusing on Architecture. Keith originally started in real estate in the mid 1980's. Over the years, he has invested in many residential properties, from condominiums and townhouses to single family homes. He has also negotiated multiple business leases and invested in commercial property.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Keith started a local pizza chain, Nick-N-Willy's Take-N-Bake Pizza, which grew into a national franchise. More recently, he invested in, became managing partner of, and eventually sold Flatiron Athletic Club (now known as Colorado Athletic Club/Flatirons), a nationally and internationally renowned athletic club. Recognizing his passion for real estate combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, Keith decided to become a broker at WK Real Estate.

Keith has been a Boulder resident since moving to Colorado in 1980 from Pittsburgh. He knows Boulder and the Front Range well: he has lived in multiple locations around Boulder, the close-in foothills, as well as other mountain locations outside of Boulder. He understands the intricacies of Boulder's neighborhoods as well as having a broad knowledge of Colorado's Front Range, from the Denver suburbs to communities north and east of Boulder.

Keith, his wife, son, and daughter live in the Boulder foothills. He is an avid outdoor athlete and enjoys everything Colorado has to offer, from skiing and hiking to kayaking and kiteboarding. Keith and his family feel fortunate to be part of such a great community.
