Kellen Spicer

I am a licensed agent with the ReMax/Capital City Spotlight team, dedicated to serving the Treasure Valley community and the great state of Idaho. My wife and I relocated from Oregon to Idaho in 2020 and it is the best decision we have ever made, as we have grown to proudly call Boise “home”. We enjoy every quality Idaho has to offer; the wonderful people, the scenic and great outdoors, and the genuine sense of community. We know if you decide to call Idaho home, you will, too!

My career has been inspired and guided from growing up around the real estate industry in my own household, where my father has been a successful real estate agent and broker for over 45 years serving the community in the state of Oregon. I have also spent over a decade of my career in the retail sales industry where I learned many business fundamentals that have transferred into the real-estate business, primarily focused on serving your needs as the client. Those skills I offer to my clients include best-in-class customer service, in-depth financial and market analyses, skilled negotiation, timely communication and delivering strong results. I am also investor-friendly, will be supporting relocation efforts with employers partnered with ReMax, and am a certified full-service professional.
