Kelley Schneider

Born and raised in Golden, Colorado, I'm a second-generation real estate broker following in my parents' footsteps. My Dad was a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation I'm proudly working towards; my Mom is my business partner and a 45-year veteran of the Denver real estate market. I have a Master's in Business Administration, and my mission in this industry is to guide my clients in using real estate as an investment engine. My favorite transaction type is multifamily; however, I have sold everything from small condos and single-family properties to multi-million dollar land deals, office buildings, retail complexes, and restaurants.
