Kelli Billman

Kelli’s roots go deep in real estate starting in 1992 as a leasing agent for a large apartment community. She served as Vice President of Operations and Partner for a national property management and development company. Kelli also served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) and was a two-time finalist for the Most Outstanding Executive Tributes Award.

It is important to Kelli that all New Roots brokers maintain a successful reputation in the industry and strong credibility. The success of a broker as well as the firm they represent comes from the quality service they provide and the satisfaction of their clients. Growing a successful real estate business goes beyond the name on the sign. Potential buyers and sellers want to connect with a knowledgeable broker who has the experience and expertise to properly get the job done. Kelli’s goal is to work with a small number of buyers and sellers at one time, giving them the full attention, they desire and deserve.

Kelli knows the value of maintaining a strong work ethic. She works hard for her clients and is committed to helping them make informed, knowledgeable choices for their real estate needs.

When Kelli is not working with her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, making sushi for friends, and coaching high school volleyball.
