Kelly Coleman

Kelly Coleman is the owner and founder of Saltbox Properties. She is no stranger to San Diego or the real estate industry. She was raised right here in a quiet suburb of San Diego. Her mother is a top broker in the industry owning her own brokerage company and Kelly grew up understanding the in’s and out’s of the business.

Licensed in 2005, she started as a buyer’s agent for 5 years with one of the top teams in San Diego. This gave her the skills necessary to be able to truly listen to her clients and find the perfect home. Kelly ended up branching out on her own and since then has built a phenomenal book of business servicing clients all throughout San Diego. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of California Santa Barbara, she has a knack and talent for putting deals together and understands the fine art of negotiations and thinking outside the box.
