I highly recommend Kelly to anyone who wants to sell their house. She’s top notch from start to finish and not pushy. At the same time, she’s very focused on the task(s) at hand and gets everything done as fast as possible. I was especially happy with the way that she took care of the contractor that came in to do painting/carpet/floor refinishing/yard clean up/hauling and moving. She took care of all communication regarding the various issues and scheduling so that I could focus on packing and other things that I had to do to get ready to move out. Please use Kelly if you want the job done right!

She is truly a self taught person and selfless person who always Looks out for other people. A truly beautiful person! Kelly Dippel was the perfect realtor to help me sell my friend's house in San Jose! I was the trust administrator for a friend who died unexpectedly, leaving behind a great house that needed a lot of work. Kelly immediately saw what needed to be done to bring out the best features of the house, so I agreed to have her take on the home improvement project. She had a clear vision for the house and did a fantastic job coordinating the various contractors and services to get to that vision. The entire project was completed efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Once the house was placed on the market, it sold quickly and for a good price -- the the cost of the home improvement was well worth it.

It was a pleasure working with Kelly. She was both professional and personable. She kept me up to date on the progress of the house and made sure I had and understood the information needed to make decisions. She was efficient and very trustworthy. She had been referred to me with the highest recommendations, and she definitely lived up to them.

I found out about Kelly Dippel and the Kelly Dippel Group Real Estate Advisors from a close friend who is meticulous and used to live in the same development as ours, and who was always reliable for recommendations and his reasoning behind them. When I asked whom he’d recommend, he said Kelly because that’s who sold his place, and he was impressed with her performance in that she was professional, she didn’t waste money getting his place ready, and that she had a team that worked for her that responded immediately to what she wanted done, did a great job, and at a reasonable price. He said she didn’t spend money doing anything on his place unless it would be reflected in the price of the house. He said he was impressed how she knew what those things were. He said he liked her because she was always friendly and fun to work with. He just flat out said, “You’ve got to get her to sell your place.” And this turned out to be another reason why friend is a great source of recommendations. Every thing he said was like a preview of our experience with Kelly.

We interviewed three agents and for the interview I wrote a list of questions, and did as my friend suggested and asked about any awards the agent received.

Kelly’s interview with us was flawless. We were really impressed by the fact that she was in the Coldwell Banker top 1% of agents in the world, and we later learned why. The other 2 agents we interviewed, who had been recommended by others, had scary lack of attention to detail in their interviews like wrong names and address in the material they brought with them. My wife and I both wondered how this lack of attention to detail would transfer into the sale of our place. Both referred to Kelly’s sale in our townhouse development a couple of months previous as the highest price ever received for a unit exactly like ours. My wife and I talked about how it would be stupid to go with someone other than the agent who just got the highest price for our unit and the other agents were talking about why that sale went so well. During the interview and the walkthrough of our place, Kelly pointed out positives, negatives, and what should and shouldn’t be done to prepare the house without wasting money. She pointed out the things that needed to be done and for each thing she described why it was important to do, what it would cost, who would do it, and the timeline. During the walkthrough she pointed out things the other agents missed.

Kelly has a support team that stepped into action literally the same day she became our agent. She discovered a water leak during the walkthrough, and after she became our agent, she immediately brought in her team to diagnose the issue and develop a plan and timeline to repair it, and it was successfully repaired according to the plan weeks ahead of the open house, of which there was only one because the house sold at the target price (not the asking price, which was less) after the first open house. The open house started on a Saturday and there were multiple offers at or above our target price, and a buyer was signed 4 days later on Tuesday.

It didn’t take long for her to confirm that she knew what she was doing and the best thing I could do for myself and my mental health was to get out of her way and let her do her job, focus on everything else that has to be done when selling a home, finding a new one, moving (she has movers that were a fraction of what we thought it would cost), and moving money around and investing. I just let go of all the anxiety I was feeling over the sale of our place and focused on what I needed to do with the rest of my life that was in front of me.

Kelly’s sale of our place was process-oriented in that she had a process and people for every phase. Nothing exceeded her bandwidth where she had a plan of action for everything that came up, and it seemed there was anything she hadn’t seen before.

Kelly was always available to us. She responded to us whether driving, in a meeting, and always got back to us within an hour in those circumstances.

If in need of a realtor, look no further than Kelly! Our family unfortunately had to sell a home after a beloved family member passed away. After the initial gathering of the heirlooms for the family, we were stuck on what to do as next steps. She staged our home, worked with us to get any minor work needed done so it would show well, and she had a great network of people to help. The market changed these last couple months with interest rates rocketing up. The hardest part for me selling my moms home, was deciding on the listing price. I was aware I wouldn't be getting the bidding war price that happened the last couple years. Kelly suggested a lower starting price compared to other homes in the same area. It was an excellent decision, and 30 days latter it sold!! Kelly is 100% invested in your best interest. Her friendly and sincere prodding kept me going in the right direction to clean the home of moms belongings. She was diagnosed with severe dementia that declined very rapidly in 6 months. Kelly was on vacation when the offer came in. I felt bad she was doing work for me on her vacation time, but she didn't miss a beat. Bottom line: You do not need to look further for a more professional and savvy realtor. Sign her on to sell your home without any concern. Kelly was fantastic! My mom was moving into assisted living, so it was time to sell her condo. Kelly not only handled the sale; she took care of selling/donating/disposing of all the possessions my mom didn't want to keep. She also secured a mover at a great price. She then recommended modest improvements to make the condo more sellable, and secured a contractor who did a great job at a great price.
