Born and raised in Loveland, Kelly is very familiar with Northern Colorado and realizes just how lucky she is to live in such a beautiful area.
Kelly strives to give her clients the best, and most relaxed, Real Estate experience they have ever had. By using her prior experience as a 911 emergency dispatcher, Kelly is known for her quick response, resourcefulness, trustworthiness, honesty, being detail oriented and staying calm under pressure. Kelly believes that keeping her clients informed during the home buying and selling process is key to a successful transaction.
Kelly loves working with both buyers and sellers whether it is their first, second or lifelong home, she listens to their needs and goals, and we work together to get them everything they want! Kelly also enjoys working with investors, and being a Real Estate investor and landlord herself, she is aware of the many things to consider when choosing the right property to invest in.
In 2011 she and her husband chose Windsor as the place to raise their family and have happily called it home since! They could not be happier with their small-town full of activities and spirit. They love being centrally located to everything Northern Colorado has to offer, and still being close to family.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys working in the yard, planting flowers, taking walks, hanging out at the neighborhood pool, and visiting her family cabin on the river near Estes Park. Most importantly Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and cheering on their three kids, who keep them on their toes with their sports and activities.
