About Kelly

Kelly Thulin fell in love with the Central Coast while attending Cal Poly. Following her 1983 Cal Poly graduation, Kelly pursued further education in real estate and earned her California Real Estate license in 1987. Passionate about education, Kelly also earned her Master’s degree in teaching from Washington State University in 1992. For a number of years, Kelly moved to different communities with her husband and two boys while pursuing a career in education. Owning eight homes in various communities has made her quite savvy on buying homes in new places. In recent years, Kelly has returned to the place that she loves most, the Central Coast. Kelly cycles 6000 miles a year and has ridden all the byways of our beloved North County. As an outdoor enthusiast, Kelly is anxious to share the amenities the North County has to offer to old-timers, new-comers alike.
